By booking or receiving services from Cleaned by Quise LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Acknowledgment
Cleaned by Quise LLC provides mobile car detailing services including interior and exterior cleaning, power washing, and related services.
By booking a service, you acknowledge that detailing involves working with chemicals, water, tools, and equipment that may interact with your vehicle’s surfaces and materials.

2. Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not responsible for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:
Worn, faded, cracked, or damaged surfaces
Loose or improperly installed parts
Electrical or mechanical issues
Stains, odors, or spills that have set over time
Paint defects, chips, or scratches
Any issues that arise during or after service that are related to pre-existing conditions are not the responsibility of Cleaned by Quise LLC.

3. Risk of Service
By agreeing to service, you understand and accept that:
Automotive detailing carries inherent risks
Certain materials (leather, plastics, fabrics, trim) may react unpredictably
Some stains or contaminants may require aggressive cleaning methods
Cleaned by Quise LLC is not liable for damage that may occur as a result of standard detailing processes performed in good faith.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Cleaned by Quise LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the total amount paid for the service provided
We are not responsible for damage discovered after the completion of service

5. Personal Property
Customers must remove all personal belongings prior to service.
Cleaned by Quise LLC is not responsible for:
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
Items left inside the vehicle before, during, or after service

6. Customer Responsibilities
By booking, you agree to:
Provide accurate information about your vehicle condition
Ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled time
Disclose any known issues (loose trim, electrical problems, sensitive areas, etc.)
Failure to disclose relevant information releases Cleaned by Quise LLC from responsibility for related outcomes.

7. Results Disclaimer
While we strive for high-quality results:
Not all stains, odors, or imperfections can be fully removed
Results will vary depending on the condition and age of the vehicle
No guarantees are made regarding complete restoration.

8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or misrepresented

9. Scheduling & Delays
Appointment times are estimates and may vary
Delays may occur due to weather, vehicle condition, or prior bookings

10. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these terms
You accept all risks associated with detailing services
You agree not to hold Cleaned by Quise LLC liable beyond the limitations outlined above
